KISSsoft AG is the new software supplier of SquadraCorse. The swiss company develops design software for engineers and designers in a variety of fields such as Formula 1 race car transmissions or the tiny gears used in Mars rovers.
In particular, the software company supplies the team with the eponymous program KISSsoft, which is used for sizing, optimizing and recalculating designs for machine components such as gears, shafts, bearings, screws, springs, joining elements and belts and that will be used by the team for the verification of calculations relating to a lightening of the gear.
